Farmers Dialogue invitationFarming is recognized as one of the most important activities on our planet and vital for the future. By 2050 we need to double production to feed 9 billion people, limit the world’s average temperature rise to 2 degrees and replace much of our fuel from renewable energy sources.

  • Indigenous and medicinal trees conservation
  • Mixed farming
  • A dairy farm

The Farmers’ Dialogue has grown out of the commitment of working farmers on all continents.

The East African Farmers’ Dialogue will take place in Uganda at Rest Gardens, Bweyogerere, 12 kms east of Kampala on the Uganda-Kenya Highway.

Delegates are asked to arrive for registration on 4 May, 2010 by 15:00 hours.

Accommodation Full board: 40USD per person per day
